Loan fraud case: Telangana HC refuses to quash LOC against Sujana Chowdary

Stating that CBI is investigating fraudulent loans availed by firms floated by former MP and ex-Union minister Sujana Chowdary to the tune of Rs 5,000 crore, Justice K Lakshman of the Telangana high court has refused to quash the lookout circular (LOC) issued by ministry of home affairs’ Bureau of Immigration against him and dismissed the plea that questioned the LOC.
