Cyber fraudster arrested for swindling Rs 14 lakh from Rudrapur resident

The Kumaon cyber police have apprehended a fraudster who defrauded a local of Rs 14 lakh. The arrested individual, identified as Vijay Chawla from Bhagirathpura in Madhya Pradesh, was captured by the police in Haridwar.
