Amazon and Flipkart may face ‘trouble’ before their biggest festive sale of the year

An investigation by Competition Commission of India has revealed that Amazon and Flipkart breached local competition laws by favouring specific sellers on their platforms. This preferential treatment, especially in mobile phone sales, has negatively impacted market competition.
