Clouds, winds bring relief from punishing heat in Delhi

Even as a punishing heatwave battered parts of Delhi, dust-raising winds gusting up to speeds of 48 kilometres per hour and an overcast sky brought slight relief from the blistering heat on Tuesday evening.
