Woman lured to Lucknow with degree promise, raped on e-way

A woman from Agra was allegedly raped inside a car on the Agra-Lucknow expressway after being lured with promises of educational certificates. The accused filmed the assault and abandoned her on the expressway. She faced jurisdictional challenges but eventually lodged an FIR in Lucknow.
