Kolkata: CPI(M)’s trade union, farmers’ wings hold protest rally over rape-murder of RG Kar medic

CPI(M)’s trade union and farmers’ wings held a rally in Kolkata to demand justice for a woman doctor raped and murdered at RG Kar hospital. Led by All India Kisan Sabha and Centre of Indian Trade Unions, protesters called for harsh punishment for the criminals and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s resignation from her health and home department roles.
