Tripura HC bans loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and DJ

The High Court of Tripura has mandated the state government to rigorously enforce noise pollution laws. Despite some progress, noise levels remain excessive, especially during festivals. The court emphasized stringent measures against loudspeakers and DJ sets exceeding 65 decibels and operating between 10 pm and 6 am.
