Defamation case: SC to hear Delhi CM Atishi, Arvind Kejriwal’s plea on September 30

The Supreme Court has deferred the hearing of a plea by Delhi Chief Minister Atishi and AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal, who are challenging a Delhi high court ruling that declined to quash a defamation case regarding their statements on alleged voter name deletions. The court has set the new hearing date for Monday.
