Georgia homeowner sues coun​ty after demolition of his property without court hearing

Georgia homeowner Eric Arnold is suing Macon-Bibb County officials for demolishing his property without a court hearing. Arnold bought the house in February 2022 and was renovating it when it was labeled an imminent threat to the community. Despite paying taxes and obtaining permits, the house was demolished in November 2023.
