Living as sadhu, Rs 300 crore co-op bank scam accused arrested

Babban Vishwanath Shinde, the primary suspect in the Rs 300 crore Jijau Masaheb Multi-State Bank scam, was captured in Vrindavan by Maharashtra police. Shinde allegedly misled depositors with promises of high returns and absconded with their funds. He has been transported to Maharashtra following a local court’s remand order.
