Building caretaker shot dead in row over loud music in Delhi’s Dwarka

A 36-year-old building caretaker named Bablu was shot dead in Dwarka’s Mohan Nagar area during a dispute between two tenants over loud music. Bablu attempted to mediate the fight when one tenant, Lavnish, fired a weapon handed to him by his cousin Aman. Police are investigating the crime.
