LAC situation ‘stable but sensitive’: General Upendra Dwivedi

Army chief General Upendra Dwivedi has described the Line of Actual Control situation as stable yet sensitive and not normal, stressing the Army’s preparedness. Trust, he said, has been the biggest casualty amidst China’s continuous military presence and reluctance to disengage troops in eastern Ladakh.
