YouTube has suspended monetization on Russell Brand’s channel following accusations of sexual assault against the British actor and comedian. The allegations, made by four women, have sparked investigations by the BBC and Channel 4. The BBC has already removed some of Brand’s shows from its platforms, stating that they no longer meet public expectations. London police have also received an allegation of sexual assault dating back to 2003. Brand, who denies the allegations, has a large following on YouTube and TikTok.
