Rose Valley chit fund scam: Restitution of funds to investors begins, over 7,000 victims get money

Over 7,000 victims of the Rose Valley fraud have received Rs 10,200 each in the first phase of restitution, totalling Rs 5.12 crore. The process began after a special PMLA court’s order, with the ED and ADC collaborating to return funds to duped investors.
