‘Mutton biryani’, ‘basanti pulao’ to be served to WB prisoners in Durga puja

Inmates in West Bengal correctional homes will enjoy a special menu featuring mutton biryani, ‘basanti pulao,’ and other Bengali dishes during Durga Puja. The initiative aims to uplift inmates’ spirits from October 9 to October 12, with prisoners provided the choice to opt for vegetarian options respecting their religious sentiments.
