Pakistan rejects report it sold arms to Ukraine to secure key IMF funding

Pakistan has denied allegations from a reports that it sold arms and ammunition to Ukraine in exchange for securing a bailout package from the International Monetary Fund. The Foreign Office spokesperson dismissed the report as “baseless and fabricated” and emphasised that Pakistan’s IMF arrangement was based on economic reforms rather than arms deals.
