College student kidnapped, molested by neighbour in Luckno

A 20-year-old college student in Lucknow accused her neighbor of sexual harassment. She lodged a complaint stating that he, along with an accomplice, kidnapped her while she was en route to college, took her to his room, and attempted to rape her. The girl escaped while the accused was talking on the phone.
