Govt study: Rural households’ spend on hosp stay Rs 4,129/yr, urban Rs 5,290

Non-hospitalisation costs are Rs 539 and Rs 606. Literacy and numeracy rates are high in the 15-24 age group, while 23.3% are not in education, employment, or training.
