Amazon fined for not refunding Rs 40k to woman whose phone was ‘hacked’

A Chandigarh resident won a consumer court case against Amazon for fraudulent transactions. The court ordered Amazon to refund Rs 40,325 and pay Rs 18,000 in compensation and litigation costs.
