Title ‘error’ forces govt to restart land search for IIT Goa campus

The plan to establish the IIT Goa campus at Rivona, Sanguem, has stalled due to land title issues, prompting the government to search for a new site. Despite official approval in January, the previous location faced rejection from the Union ministry and local protests. Currently, IIT Goa operates from a temporary campus at Goa Engineering College, Farmagudi.
