Para-canoer from Madhya Pradesh’s Bhind wins silver at world meet

Backed by her daily-wager father who shared her dream, a para-canoer who refused to marry because she was in love with sports despite being paralysed in both legs, won for India its first medal at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Halifax, Canada, on Thursday.
