Disturbing video captures tense moments before cop shoots knife-wielding transwoman

Sydney Wilson, a trans-woman from Reston, was shot dead by Officer Peter Liu after attacking him with a knife during a welfare check. The Fairfax County police released bodycam footage showing Wilson slashing the officer, who then fired in self-defense after failed de-escalation attempts.
