India asks CGF to add shooting and wrestling in Glasgow Games

India has protested the exclusion of shooting and wrestling from the 2026 Commonwealth Games. Sports ministry officials met with CGF leaders to argue for their inclusion for the benefit of Indian athletes. CGF delegates promised to advocate for these sports to be added to the Games, currently set to feature 10 sports, including new additions like golf and BMX.
