13-year-old dies while dancing to DJ music in Bhopal

A 13-year-old boy named Samar Billore from Bhopal died while dancing to loud DJ music outside his home, possibly due to a fatal cardiac shock from his congenital heart condition. Despite pleading for CCTV footage to file a complaint, his parents have not received any cooperation. Bhopal collector Kaushlendra Vikram Singh has promised an investigation.
