G7 members oppose Beijing’s actions in South China Sea, raise concerns on human rights violations

During their Foreign Ministers’ meeting, the G7 members expressed their opposition to China’s militarization and provocative activities in the East and South China Seas. They called for the peaceful resolution of cross-Strait issues and urged China to uphold its obligations under international conventions.
