58 years on, Navy captain wrests house rented out to IAF ex-officer’s wife

A Navy captain, Mridul Shah, successfully reclaimed his family-owned property, Rose Bank Cottage, in Nainital. This came after a sessions court upheld an earlier eviction ruling against Neelam Singh, who, along with her family, had occupied the property for nearly 58 years at a nominal rent.
