Publish apology for post calling prof ‘sex predator’: SC to ex-chancellor

In response to the misuse of social media for spreading false and defamatory content, the Supreme Court mandated Firoz Bakht Ahmed to issue an unconditional public apology on the front page of a newspaper and pay Rs 1 lakh to Prof Ehtesham Ahmad Khan for making baseless accusations against him.
