Gauri Lankesh murder accused to head Shiv Sena poll campaign in Jalna seat

Shrikant Pangarkar, accused in the Gauri Lankesh murder case and currently on bail, is set to lead CM Shinde-led Shiv Sena’s poll campaign in Maharashtra’s Jalna assembly constituency. Despite facing criminal charges, Pangarkar, a long-time Shiv Sena member, has been assigned fresh responsibilities for the 2024 assembly polls.
