Bihar government declares holiday on November 13

The Bihar government has declared a holiday on November 13 for by-elections in Ramgarh, Tarari, Belaganj, and Imamganj assembly seats. The BJP, RJD, JD(U), and CPI-ML parties have announced their candidates for these constituencies. By-election results will be declared on November 23. State offices and educational institutions will remain closed to facilitate voting.
