Delhi HC dismisses plea seeking ban on display of images in anti-tobacco ad campaign at cinemas

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday dismissed a petition seeking direction to prohibit the display of gross and graphic imagery in the anti-tobacco health spots/advertisements that are played before and during the screening of films in cinema halls, on television, on OTT platforms and other audio-visual mediums of screening/streaming movie.
