PM Modi reviews Odisha’s Cyclone Dana preparedness in call with CM Majhi; evacuations under way

Prime Minister Modi contacted Odisha CM Majhi twice about the state’s cyclone readiness. CM Majhi updated PM Modi on evacuation and response team efforts. Union minister Amit Shah ensured further support. The cyclone ‘Dana’ is moving north-northwest, currently positioned southeast of Paradip and south of Sagar Island, as per the India Meteorological Department.
