PM may roll out health cover for 70+ next week

Enrolment for senior citizens aged 70 and above under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) may commence next week. PM Modi is expected to approve this on Tuesday. The scheme offers up to Rs 5 lakh per family annually. Additional health initiatives, including the UWIN app for vaccination tracking, will also be launched.
