Chhattigsarh HC stays controversial PSC appointments after nepotism, corruption allegations

A division bench, comprising Chief Justice Ramesh Sinha and Justice NK Chandravanshi, ordered a stay on their appointments while hearing a petition filed by BJP veteran and former state Home Minister Nankiram Kanwar. The petition demanded a high-level probe, preferably by the CBI, into the selection of candidates.
