‘Unlimited’ care for pet dog Tito, share for butler in Ratan Tata will

In a pioneering move in India, Ratan Tata has allocated provisions in his will for lifelong care of his German Shepherd, Tito. Additionally, Tata’s will includes distributions to his foundation, family, dedicated house staff, and executive assistant Shantanu Naidu. Major assets such as real estate and stakes in Tata Sons will be transferred to the Ratan Tata Endowment Foundation.
