iPhone 15 models have a ‘new’ way of protecting batteries

Apple has introduced a new feature in the iPhone 15 series that restricts the battery from charging beyond 80%. This setting, discovered in the iOS 17 code, aims to protect the battery and improve its lifespan. It is different from the existing Optimised Battery Charging feature, which delays charging past 80% until a more suitable time.
