CapitaLand rolls out International Tech Park Hyderabad Ph-1, kicks of development of 40MW data centre

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) has unveiled the first phase of the redeveloped International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH) in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The project will eventually create 4.9 million sq ft of premium office space. The first phase has already secured 100% lease commitment from companies including Ernst & Young, Tata Consultancy Services, and Warner Bros. Discovery.
