US sends back a planeload of illegal Indian immigrants

The United States deported a planeload of illegal Indian immigrants on October 22 as part of cooperation with India on migration and mobility. The Department of Homeland Security emphasized their commitment to countering human smuggling and promoting legal migration. Since June 2024, the DHS has repatriated over 160,000 individuals globally, including India.
