Three sentenced to one year of rigorous imprisonment in charas seizure case

Three individuals have been sentenced to one year of rigorous imprisonment and fined Rs 10,000 each by a Thane court for possessing 1.2 kilograms of Afghan-origin charas worth Rs 18 lakh. The conviction followed their arrest while attempting to sell the drug in Daighar.
