Cabbie gets Rs 9,000cr, but only for 30 minutes

A taxi driver in Chennai received a message from his bank stating that 9,000 crore had been deposited into his account, which turned out to be an error. Before the bank could take back the money, the driver managed to transfer 21,000 to a friend. The bank contacted him the next day to inform him of the mistake and requested that he not withdraw any more money. After reaching a compromise with the bank, the driver was allowed to keep the amount he had already withdrawn and was even offered a car loan.
