Man discharged in Malegaon bombblast case quizzed

Salman Farsi, who was discharged from the 2006 Malegaon bomb blast case, was detained and questioned by the police and anti-terrorism squad (ATS) for filming a video of a Ganesh pandal. Farsi, who works with a 108-ambulance service, was released after six hours of questioning. The police informer had alerted the local police about Farsi’s video, leading to his detention. Farsi expressed his confusion as to why he was questioned now, after seven years of being discharged from the bomb blast case.
