ED attaches assets worth Rs 503 crore in Manoj Jayaswal company

The Enforcement Directorate has attached assets worth Rs 503 crore belonging to Corporate Power Limited. This is part of a case involving an alleged Rs 11,300 crore loan fraud. The company’s promoters are accused of cheating the Union Bank of India and diverting funds. The ED previously attached assets worth Rs 209 crore in this matter.
