Rainfall likely in state for 3 days

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted increased rainfall activity in Bihar for the next three days due to a low pressure area moving towards central India. Heavy rainfall is expected in the north-eastern parts of the state, while the capital city of Patna will experience moderate rainfall. Temperatures are also expected to drop as a result. The IMD has issued yellow alerts for thunderstorm and lightning throughout the state and heavy rainfall alerts for several districts. Bihar currently has a rainfall deficiency of 31% this monsoon season.
