Control noise pollution during narkasur festivities, human rights panel tells police

The Goa Human Rights Commission has advised the Panaji police inspector to monitor sound levels during the Narkasur festivities on October 30 at St Inez. This follows a complaint from a senior citizen about extreme noise affecting him and his wife, who has severe health issues. The commission suggests moving the sound system 20 meters away from his building.
