‘Virtual’ kidnapping forces cancellation of tennis tournament

In Guanajuato, Mexico, the Mexican Tennis Federation stopped a youth tournament after discovering a ‘virtual’ kidnapping scheme targeting ten underage players and their coach. No physical abductions occurred, but psychological manipulation led to ransom payments. All affected individuals from Queretaro state returned home safely.
