Ganesh pandals in Delhi aim for the moon

The Chandrayaan replica, India’s successful moon mission, is being showcased at a Ganesh Utsav pandal in Chandni Chowk. The theme of India’s moon mission is also being celebrated at a park in Laxmi Nagar, where models of rockets, Chandrayaan 3, and astronauts have been installed. The pandal organizers have also chosen eco-friendly Ganesh idols made of materials that do not pollute the environment. Similar eco-friendly initiatives are being undertaken at Maharashtra Sadan and a pandal in Greater Kailash II. The aim is to promote green living and educate people about the importance of environmental protection.
