Australia to hold independent inquiry into handling of Covid pandemic

Australia’s center-left Labor government has announced that it will conduct an independent inquiry into the handling of the Covid -19 pandemic. The inquiry aims to learn from past experiences and improve the country’s preparedness for future health crises. The panel conducting the inquiry will consist of an epidemiologist, public service expert, and economist.
