Singapore’s Changi Airport is set to go passport-free starting 2024 with automated immigration clearance, CNN reported. The airport will introduce automated immigration clearance which will allow passengers to depart the city-state without passports, using only biometric data, say officials. The announcement was made by Singapore’s Communications Minister Josephine Teo during a parliament session on Monday.
