Two Bandhavgarh officials suspended over jumbo deaths in Madhya Pradesh

Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav suspended officials for negligence over the deaths of 10 elephants in Umaria district and announced an Elephant Task Force to promote coexistence. Compensation for loss of life was increased from Rs 8 lakh to Rs 25 lakh per person.
