Delhi: Friends shoot 20-year-old after being slapped for not returning cap

A 20-year-old man, Sufian, was shot dead by his friends in Gandhi Nagar after an argument over a cap. Police apprehended three minors and are searching for another boy and his mother, who allegedly provided the weapon. A case has been registered, and an investigation is ongoing.
