BJP, oppn in slugfest over dip in Maha’s share of GDP

Maharashtra’s opposition parties criticized the ruling BJP government for a 2% decrease in the state’s national GDP share since 2010, attributing it to the BJP’s policies favoring Gujarat’s growth. The BJP, however, shifted blame to the previous MVA government, sparking a debate on economic policies ahead of the state elections.
